I feel privileged to know Mr. Amarendra Sahu who has supported me in key talent augmentation when I was Group President SPML and Global Chief People Officer for Uniparts Group.

I recall Mr. Sahu’s precision in shortlisting processes and equally expertise in mapping potential talent culturally and all these hires turned out to be major contributors to growth of the company. I recall his quick turn around in sourcing Corp Head of Legal and another lead in corporate strategy for Uniparts Group.

His ability to search for an Expat, Sr. Tunnel Design and Construction Expert” in NATM from Austria to join us at our Hydropower project in Sikkim was extremely commendable.
